Joslyn Lindsay
LMBT NC# 10443
Joslyn Lindsay has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010, graduating from ECPI’s Medical Career Institute with a clear passion for hands-on healing. Over the years, she has developed a wide range of specialties, including prenatal massage, deep tissue, Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, hot stone work, and aromatherapy.
Joslyn originally pursued the path of physical therapy, but once she stepped into the world of massage, she felt the undeniable pull of her true calling. She’s a firm believer in the restorative power of touch—the way it calms the nervous system, eases pain, and reconnects people to their bodies.
Born in Columbus, Ohio, Joslyn moved to the Carolinas during childhood and has called it home ever since. When she’s not caring for patients, she’s usually with her three children and her grandkids, teaching home Bible studies, serving at her church, or unwinding with video games and puzzles.
Every day, Joslyn shows up with one simple intention: to make someone’s day a little better than she found it.

Christina Paige
LMBT NC# 16625
Christina graduated from the Body Therapy Institute in 2016. Prior to this, she completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification through Carrboro Yoga Co. in 2014. She is currently certified as a Usui Reiki 1 Practitioner with intentions on completing level 2.
Christina has a strong interest in the mind-body connection and a curiosity in the energetics behind tension or discomfort. She specializes in Myofascial, Swedish, Polarity, and Shiatsu- these modalities are used separately or synergistic with each other based on the client’s needs.
Aside from the anatomy and physiology of the body, a deeper understanding of the nervous system and how the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine affect our state of being has added another layer of understanding so she can better assist her clients with finding the balance within the body and mind.

Adrian Wilson
LMBT NC# 21313
Adrian began his career in wellness in 2012 as a personal trainer, helping people achieve their goals through movement and physical performance. Over time, his work evolved beyond strength and fitness toward a more comprehensive approach to healing – one that recognizes the deep connection between the body, nervous system, and mind.
Known for his ability to blend focused deep tissue therapy with techniques that calm the nervous system, Adrian creates a treatment experience that is both highly effective and deeply restorative. His work is intentional, addressing areas of tension without patients feeling beaten up. Instead, patients often leave feeling physically lighter, mentally clearer, and with a noticeable sense of ease.
Drawing from the principles of chi, or life energy, Adrian thoughtfully incorporates energy work into each session, supporting balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, meeting each person where they are.
